Location
Eric holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in International Law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He developed the Strategy for Small and Medium Business Development until 2027 and the Strategy for Innovative Development until 2030. Due to his deep interest in state capacity building and civil service reform and his extensive experience, Eric is currently responsible for planning donor assistance projects in the field of economic and political reforms at the British Embassy in Ukraine. He teaches the course “International Development and State Capacity” at the Kyiv School of Economics.
